person using laptop\" loading=\"lazy\" srcset=\"https:\/\/falper.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/gp8blyataa0-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/falper.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/gp8blyataa0-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/falper.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/gp8blyataa0-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/falper.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/gp8blyataa0.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-vwrapper align_none valign_top\"><div class=\"w-html\"><a href=\"javascript:history.back()\" \n                id=\"falper-back-button\"\n                class=\"falper-back-button\">\n                <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"arrow-back\" src=\"https:\/\/falper.it\/wp-content\/themes\/Impreza-child\/img\/light-arrow-right.png\" alt=\"arrow\">\n                <span>Go back<\/span>\n            <\/a><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h2><strong>Terms of Use of the Content of the Falper.it Website and Reserved Area<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator us_custom_23995288 size_custom\" style=\"height:3px\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium\"><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><ol>\n<li><strong> Ownership of content and copyright<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>All content available on the <strong>Falper.it<\/strong> website and\/or within the <strong>Reserved Area<\/strong>, including, by way of example and without limitation, CAD and BIM files, technical data sheets, assembly instructions, catalogues, price lists, product images, finish images, technical drawings, renderings, texts and any other digital material, is the <strong>exclusive property of Falper S.R.L.<\/strong> or is licensed to Falper by the respective rights holders.<\/p>\n<p>Such content is protected by applicable regulations on <strong>copyright, intellectual and industrial property<\/strong>, including the provisions set forth by <strong>Italian Law No. 633 of 22 April 1941<\/strong> and subsequent amendments, as well as applicable European and international regulations.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Grant of limited use<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Access to the website and the Reserved Area grants the user a <strong>limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right of use<\/strong>, exclusively for professional purposes related to the development of projects that include Falper products.<\/p>\n<p>In particular, the material may be used solely for design, specification, technical documentation and presentation of Falper products and, in the case of retailers, exclusively within the scope of the <strong>existing commercial relationship<\/strong> with Falper.<\/p>\n<p>Any use other than that indicated above shall be considered unauthorized.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Prohibition of use for e-commerce and online sales<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>It is <strong>expressly prohibited<\/strong>, unless prior <strong>written authorization from Falper S.R.L.<\/strong> is obtained, to use, publish, reproduce or distribute in any form the content of the website or the Reserved Area on <strong>e-commerce<\/strong> websites, marketplaces, online sales platforms or similar tools.<\/p>\n<p>It is also prohibited to use the content for the <strong>online sale<\/strong> of Falper products, for independent commercial promotion, for digital advertising campaigns or for any purpose involving sales activity or public offering not expressly authorized in writing by Falper.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Prohibition of reproduction, modification and transfer to third parties<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The reproduction, even partial, modification, adaptation, alteration or reworking of the content is prohibited, as is its transfer, distribution or making available to third parties, even free of charge.<\/p>\n<p>Any use that could compromise the integrity of the content, alter the characteristics of Falper products or generate confusion regarding the origin, identity or positioning of the brand is also prohibited.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Use of product images and finishes<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Product images, finish images, materials and settings available on the website and in the Reserved Area do not constitute freely usable material.<\/p>\n<p>Such images may not be used as online sales images, nor associated with competing products or contexts inconsistent with the identity and positioning of the Falper brand. Any use must comply with the company image and brand guidelines.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> Intellectual and industrial property of products<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>All Falper products are protected by <strong>industrial property rights<\/strong>, including, where applicable, registered and unregistered designs, models, patents and know-how.<\/p>\n<p>Access to the website, the Reserved Area and related content <strong>does not imply any transfer or license<\/strong> of such rights, which remain the exclusive property of Falper S.R.L.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> User responsibility and access credentials<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The user is responsible for the use of the content carried out through their access credentials and undertakes to safeguard them with the utmost care, avoiding any improper or unauthorized use.<\/p>\n<p>The user shall be liable for any use not compliant with these conditions, even if carried out by third parties who have gained access to the content due to causes attributable to the user.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><strong> Suspension and revocation of access<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Falper reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to the Reserved Area at any time and without prior notice in the event of a breach of these conditions, without prejudice to the right to take legal action to protect its rights and seek compensation for any damages.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li><strong> Content updates and limitation of liability<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Falper reserves the right to modify, update or remove the content of the website and the Reserved Area at any time. The materials are provided for informational and technical purposes and <strong>do not constitute a binding contractual offer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li><strong> Acceptance of the conditions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Access to the Reserved Area, registration and downloading of content imply the <strong>full acknowledgement and acceptance<\/strong> of these terms of use, which constitute a binding agreement between the user and Falper S.R.L.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"11\">\n<li><strong> Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>These conditions are governed by <strong>Italian law<\/strong>.
