Information pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) No. 679/2016 (“GDPR”)

Falper S.r.L. protects the confidentiality of personal data and ensures they are safeguarded against any event that may put them at risk of violation.

As required by the European Union Regulation No. 679/2016 (“GDPR”), and specifically Art. 13, the following information is provided to the user (“Data Subject”) regarding the processing of their personal data.

SECTION I

Who we are and which data we process (Art. 13, paragraph 1, letter a; Art. 15, letter b GDPR)

Falper S.r.L., represented by its legal representative, with registered office at Via Veneto 7-9 40064 Ozzano Emilia – Bologna (IT), acts as Data Controller and can be contacted at [info@falper.it](mailto:info@falper.it). It collects and/or receives information concerning the Data Subject, such as:

Falper S.r.L. does not require the Data Subject to provide so-called “special” data, i.e., personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data for uniquely identifying a person, health data, or data concerning sexual life or sexual orientation. If any service requested from Falper S.r.L. requires processing such data, the Data Subject will receive prior notice and will be asked to provide explicit consent.

SECTION II

Purposes of processing the Data Subject’s data (Art. 13, paragraph 1 GDPR)

The data is used by the Controller to process registration requests, manage contact requests, provide assistance, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and for other purposes connected with the services offered. Falper S.r.L. will never sell personal data to third parties or use it for undeclared purposes.

In particular, data may be processed for:

a) Registration and contact requests / informational materials
Processing is necessary to handle registration, contact requests, and the provision of information, as well as to fulfill legal obligations.

b) Management of contractual relationships
Processing is required to manage service/product purchases, order handling, invoicing, payment, complaints, and assistance.

c) Promotional activities on similar products/services
Data may be used for direct marketing of similar products/services, unless the Data Subject objects.

d) Promotional activities on different products/services
Processing for marketing, surveys, and research is allowed only if the Data Subject has authorized it. Communication may occur via email, SMS, or phone.

e) IT security
Data may be processed to ensure network and information security, preventing unauthorized access or malicious acts.

f) Profiling
Data may be used for profiling (e.g., analyzing behavior to propose targeted offers) only with explicit consent.

g) Fraud prevention
Personal data may be processed to monitor and prevent fraudulent payments. Data collected for anti-fraud purposes is deleted after verification.

h) Protection of minors
Services/products are reserved for legally capable users. Verification measures may be applied to prevent unauthorized access.

Disclosure to third parties and recipient categories (Art. 13, paragraph 1 GDPR)

Data is stored in the EU and not transferred to countries outside the EU without explicit consent.

SECTION III

Consequences of not providing data
If required data is not provided, Falper S.r.L. cannot process the requested service/product.

Data security
Adequate measures are in place to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Data retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary for the stated purposes. Registration data: up to 12 months of inactivity; marketing data: 24 months; profiling data: 12 months.

Data Subject Rights (Arts. 15–20 GDPR)
The Data Subject has rights to access, rectify, delete, limit processing, object, and data portability. Requests can be sent to [info@falper.it](mailto:info@falper.it).

Opposition to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
The Data Subject may object at any time for legitimate interests or marketing purposes.

Complaints
Complaints may be submitted to the relevant supervisory authority (Italian Data Protection Authority or local authority where the breach occurred).

General information, disabling, and management
Cookies are sent by the website and stored by the browser. Users can manage, disable, or delete cookies via browser settings. Links are provided for major browsers.

Technical cookies
Essential for site functionality, authentication, and session management.

Third-party cookies
May include analytics and profiling cookies from Google, Facebook, YouTube, Criteo, Yahoo, Bing, and others.

Profiling cookies
Used for detailed analytics and generating user behavior reports to tailor advertising, only with explicit consent.
