Falper obtains prestigious German DVGW certification for the Acquifero tap series designed by Victor Vasilev
We are delighted to announce that Falper has obtained the prestigious German DVGW (Deutscher Verein des Gas- und Wasserfaches) certification for the taps in its exclusive Acquifero series, designed by Victor Vasilev, the world-renowned designer.

This certification is a first-class recognition that attests to the excellence and quality of Falper products, while guaranteeing buyers the safety, reliability and efficiency of the Acquifero series taps. DVGW is a German standardisation and certification body recognised internationally, which establishes rigorous standards for products intended for use in the gas and water sectors.
The Acquifero series, conceived by the talented designer Victor Vasilev, has captured the attention of design enthusiasts and architecture professionals worldwide for its refined aesthetics and exceptional performance. The taps, an integral part of this iconic collection, represent a harmonious blend of form and functionality.
The DVGW certification obtained by Falper is the result of a rigorous testing and evaluation process, during which the Acquifero series taps demonstrated their excellence in terms of hydraulic performance, resistance, and compliance with the strictest safety standards.
Made from low-carbon AISI 316L stainless steel, a high-quality material that not only guarantees durability and longevity, but also reduces environmental impact, making the taps ecological, a perfect combination of sophisticated design and cutting-edge technical characteristics. All products in the series meet the strict requirements imposed by regulations, ensuring exceptional performance and sustainability.

One of the distinctive features of these taps is their ability to regulate water flow efficiently. Thanks to an innovative system, they can be supplied with water flow limited to 6 litres for basin and bidet sets, and 9 litres for showers. This approach optimises water consumption, reducing waste and contributing to the crucial theme of water conservation.
Environmental sustainability is one of the pillars of Falper’s philosophy and is also reflected in the tap production process. Made entirely from stainless steel, the taps are produced through simple turning from solid material, avoiding the use of galvanic treatments such as chrome plating or nickel plating. This conscious choice reduces the environmental impact of the production process and contributes to greater tap durability, ensuring sustainable long-term use.
This important recognition testifies to Falper’s constant commitment to producing products of the highest quality, both from an aesthetic and functional point of view, offering innovative design solutions for the bathroom and living environment.
To promptly meet customer needs, Falper maintains an extensive range of products in stock, together with spare parts and built-in components, within a sophisticated customer service system. This ensures that customers can easily access products and receive exceptional service support when needed.
“The DVGW certification is a fundamental milestone for Falper and an additional source of pride for the entire company,” declared Luca Fallavena. “The Acquifero series designed by Victor Vasilev is an example of our constant commitment to excellence, and this certification confirms our dedication to offering our customers products that exceed the highest standards.”

Falper is further expanding its presence in the Swiss market, with the current process of obtaining SVGW (Schweizerische Vereinigung für das Gas- und Wasserfach) certification. This additional certification will validate the conformity of Acquifero taps to Swiss standards, reinforcing their quality and safety for customers in Switzerland.
With the obtaining of DVGW certification, the Acquifero series taps are now ready to conquer the international market, bringing the spirit of Italian design and Falper innovation into homes around the world.
