Falper Around the World – Frankfurt Edition Five Highlights of the City, Awaiting the Opening of the New Falper Store Frankfurt

Officially Frankfurt am Main, the lively city of Frankfurt is often nicknamed “Mainhattan” after the river that runs through it, for its skyscrapers and for being home to one of the world’s largest stock exchanges as well as the European Central Bank.

But that’s not all: Frankfurt is also a city of fine taste, boasting some of Germany’s best restaurants, splendid museums, cultural landmarks, and a world-renowned opera house.

Just a few steps away from the Alte Oper — the extraordinary neo-Renaissance building that was once the city’s opera house and today hosts concerts and theatrical performances — the new Falper Store Frankfurt opens its doors at 93 Reuterweg. Designed by architect Victor Vasilev, the store fully embodies the company’s philosophy, offering a unique experience, a journey through the world of Living Bathroom™ and Living Kitchens™.

Next to the new showroom stands Gustav, a restaurant that offers a subtle new form of avant-garde cuisine, revisiting regional traditions with a contemporary twist. Its culinary approach rejects ostentation in favor of meticulous attention to detail.
The interiors feature Bauhaus-inspired furnishings and unconventional works by young Frankfurt artists.

Continuing towards the historic center, one discovers step by step the many museums that enrich the city.
Among more than 60 cultural venues, one standout is the house-museum of poet Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, who was born and lived in Frankfurt. The four-story home is finely furnished, with many touches inspired by Italian style.

Wandering through the streets of the Innenstadt — the city’s financial and commercial hub — one eventually reaches the banks of the Main River. The longest river entirely within Germany, it divides the city into two parts, flowing serenely through one of the most vibrant and lively districts filled with cafés, restaurants, and cultural attractions.
