The event and the latest news from MDW 2021

Minimal bathroom design and material excellence were the undisputed protagonists of Falper’s presentation during Milan Design Week 2021. In a year marked by a desire for renewal, the brand welcomed visitors and professionals at its flagship store in Via Pontaccio, in the heart of Brera, to unveil a new vision of living. The installation, curated down to the finest details, transformed the showroom into a stage where architecture and furnishings merged into a single stylistic narrative.

We thank our guests for making this week special, and we invite everyone to discover the latest news from the brand on falper.it.

The evolution of minimal bathroom design in the Living Bathroom

The new products launched on that occasion marked a turning point for the sector. Falper interpreted minimal bathroom design through collections that immediately became iconic, such as Minimum by Victor Vasilev and Butler by Andrea Federici. Far from any notion of “coldness”, minimalism here expressed itself through monolithic forms, slender profiles and a tactile exploration of materials that redefined the standards of contemporary luxury.

Particular attention was given to accessories, with the Cilindro collection demonstrating how even the smallest details, when designed with rigour, can contribute to creating a coherent and sophisticated environment. The approach presented at MDW 2021 confirmed the Living Bathroom philosophy: a fluid space where minimal bathroom design becomes the tool for connecting the wellness area with the rest of the home.

The Via Pontaccio event was not merely a product showcase, but a testament to how Falper manages, year after year, to set the trends. The ability to unite technology, craftsmanship and formal purity remains, to this day, the distinctive signature that makes the brand an international point of reference for architects and designers.

The combination of two prestigious entities – the brand and the number one furniture retailer in Italy – and excellent teamwork have led us to achieve significant goals, together with architect Stefano Cazzaniga (CEO of INTERNI), and our Milan team, architects Simona Marella and Giulio Petito.
