1) The photographic materiai provided is the sole property of FALPER S.r.l. which grants its use to the applicant without any exclusive whatsoever and under the following conditions. 2) lts use is granted only for their inclusion in catalogues or in WEB sites, as long as they do not imply also the possibility of direct sales to the public and/or the on line sales of the products. 3) The publication or the reproduction, in any way performed, of the images, shall be always made in conjunction to or in any case associateci to the FALPER brand with the express statement, contained in a dedicateci caption, that the image refers to one or more FALPER products or product lines. 4) Their use is limited to the term of the commerciai relationship with the applicant, upon its expiration, for any reason, or following a specific and final request from FALPER, the applicant thereof shall immediately cease any use of the images of the product, removing them from the WEB sites and/or from the catalogues in which they have been included. 5) lt is expressly forbidden to make any modification of any kind to the images, it is as well forbidden to assign or grant the use thereof to any third party, at any title and/or for any reason. 6) Any use of the images for carrying out any promotional or advertising campaign, is expressly forbidden unless specifically authorised in writing by FALPER, subject to the prior approvai by its marketing office of the way said advertising campaign will be carried out. 7) The applicant shall be in any case the only entity liable towards any third party for any and all the damages which may arise from the use of the images, expressly undertaking to indemnify FALPER from any claim or request for compensation coming from any third party.

Falper Srl will process the personal data submitted in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 196/03 regarding the protection of personal data. The data processing will be carried out using computerized means in accordance with the minimum security requirements for purposes relating to statistical and market research, as well as for marketing and promotional events. In accordance with the same Law, the user will have the right to object to the processing of the data itself at any time, as well as to obtain the deletion or modification of the data at no charge.
